Contracts financed by the World Bank under Investment Project Financing operations, from the Finances One dataset "Contract Awards in Investment Project Financing (Since FY 2020)", recorded one contract per award with the borrower country as buyer, the supplier and its country, the signing date, the procurement category and method, and the contract amount in US dollars as published.
The World Bank publishes every contract award financed under its Investment Project Financing operations, updated daily, with the borrower country, the project, the supplier and its country, the procurement category and method, the review type and the contract amount in US dollars. QinMetrics retrieves the full table through the Finances One API and releases the contracts signed in the current calendar year; earlier years can be released on request.
The source names the borrower country rather than the implementing agency, so the buyer record is the borrower as published ("Country — World Bank borrower"). Suppliers carry the World Bank supplier identifier. The amount is the source's US-dollar figure; no conversion is done by QinMetrics.
